Stop posting the same nine photos!

Hi Reader

It's been a long time since I managed a host's social media account, but last spring a client needed help when their VA went on maternity leave so I decided to pitch in.

First things first: organize 11 years' worth of photos across nine properties. It was a total disaster of iPhone photos, photographer photos, guest photos and two influencer photo shoots. Nearly 3,500 photos to sort.

That's always the problem when I am working with a host who needs to ramp up their marketing; they have so many photos and they are usually all over the place. Dropbox, Google Drive, computer files... everywhere.

The perfect sunset shot of the hot tub is already on your computer. It's just buried in a folder called "New Folder (3)," somewhere between IMG_4471 and 600 of its identical-looking friends. So when it's time to post, you scroll, you sigh, and you reach for the same set of go-to photos you always use.

Well, listen up!

Your new Photo Librarian fixes that problem in an afternoon.

Point it at your photos and it opens every single one — actually looks at the image, not just the filename — then tags what it sees and files it where it belongs, in a new folder of images with a spreadsheet that links back to each one.

It's a GAME CHANGER!

By the time it's done, you have:

  • Clean folders, sorted by property — every unit in its own place, even if your files are named nothing at all
  • A visual gallery — tick "Sunset" + "Hot Tub" and instantly see every photo that has both. Or "Portrait + Couple" for a Reel. "Landscape + Fire Pit" for your website header.
  • Gives you a prewritten Instagram caption!

This is a real client library — 109 photos, tagged and filterable.

Tick "Mountain View" and only the mountain shots appear. Add "Hot Tub" and you're down to the one you want. That's your whole photo library, finally findable.

→ Open the live gallery — click any photo, try the filters yourself. (109 photos organized and tagged in less than a minute, runs 1000 photos in less than 5 minutes)

  • A filterable spreadsheet — your whole library at a glance, so you can finally see you've got 40 outdoor shots and not one good photo of the bathroom
  • A shot list — because it's seen everything, it can tell you what you're missing: "No interior shots of the Blue Cabin, and nothing with couples." Take it on your next shoot.

And it's built for the real world: it reads iPhone HEIC and professional RAW files then converts them so Facebook and Instagram will actually accept them, never touches your originals, and picks up right where it left off if you stop partway.

I'm giving the Photo Librarian away for free to everyone who signs up for the AI Training Camp by Sunday.

September 22 - 23 - 24

3 Claude skills drop.

- Create and research your primary guest avatar (Tuesday)
- Build your hospitality brand voice (Wednesday)
- Write an AI-friendly listing description for your book direct website. (Thursday)

Then on Thursday, October 1 I'll share the Photo Librarian and we will build that together. (or you can follow the instructions on your own if you can't join the live call)

The AI Training Camp actually includes one free month (5 weeks) membership of the Savvy Host HQ Training Center. Each month, I drop a new free training and skill into the program, show it to members, let them have it and then spend the rest of the month doing mini show and tells, AI trainings and host monthly Q&A calls.

After training camp you can decide if you want to stay in the HQ or not, either way, you get to keep all the skills from Training Camp AND the Photo Librarian.

If you stick around, then in November you'll get another free Claude skill to help you run your hospitality business (or hospitality adjacent if you are a service provider)

I'd love to help you create easier marketing systems with AI,

Jodi

PS - the Photo Librarian gives you an Instagram caption for every photo, but it works best when you have your voice and avatar work done - which is what happens next week in the AI Training Camp.

PS - if you are already a member of the Savvy Host HQ or joined the Training Camp you'll get the Photo Librarian too!
